Hi everyone,

I have a weird problem about my monitor.

I have 2 Samsung 943NW monitors, dual setup, connected to ASUS EAH 3650 (Radeon HD3650), both are analog, system is XP HOME

so the problem is,

When I use MagicTune Auto Color function on my monitors,
some color bars and sync pattern show up on screen, and the monitor adjusts itself, and the result is fine, colors/contast/brightness are all OK,

but, when I do the same for the other monitor, those patterns for adjustement doesn't show up, so the montior can not adjust the contrast & colors etc, only tries to.

I did a search but I couldn't find a solution for this, I couldn't even find anyone having the same problem.

The things I tried so far:

Switched ports,
I connected 1 monitor at a time,
I changed RGB and power cables,
I re-installed card and monitor drivers, re-installed magictune, even re-installed Windows XP
I connected 1 monitor to my PCI Graphics card and the other to my onboard (Radeon X200) and tried SurroundView setup,
I Removed my EAH3650 and installed my old card (Radeon 9600),
none of these changed anything.

So simply, there are 2 monitors, both are the same ( Samsung SyncMaster 943NW, analog), one shows the test patterns, the other doesn't.

If I can not figure something out, I'll call tech support and send the monitor for testing/repair because I started to think that it's a hardware problem.

Any ides/suggestions??

Thank You
