Big problem

I have big problem with my PC.
It crash every 30 minutes i geting blue screen,and later windows wont start just loading or i get this message : A disc read error occurred Press ctrl+alt+del to restart.
And when i plug in DVD recorder it is 100 times worst it freez for 3 minutes.( i get this problem when DVD recorder is unpluged also)
Its not software problem 100%, i really dont know anymore what is with this PC.
I must know what cause this 1000 problems HDD , Mother Board , RAM or ...............................................

Run hard disk diagnostics.
You may have bad memory. Run memtest86+.
Tell us about your power supply.

I tested ram ty for program it is very good , and RAM is OK no problems, now im going test hard disc
