same problem as skavian,boots fine with one module i put the second in and it wont even post beep,i ran mem test and no errors,i updated the bios and i got it to boot but keeps crashing out in windows and it looses the secondary mem module

try manually set the timings and voltages for your memory. also, post your specs so we can help you.
