hey guys i am new to this motherboard drama. I currently have a p5nd2-sli 4 1 gb memory sticks and my computer clock still reflects 533 mhz... is there any tips out there to help me get faster

Your mobo supports max ddr2 667, so you can either overclock your current modules or buy 667 ones. Neither will make any visible impact on performance.

. i am lost? how do you over clock it?

I'd recommend the sticky in the overclocking section, mainly it involves setting the desired frequency in the bios.
