Solution
If you want to get a good system to that kind of build, switch to an intel solution.

try something like this:

p5q pro motherboard
e8500 cpu
750watts PSU
2x2gig ddr2 ram
640gig wd hdd
hd4870 video card

reasons: The chipset on that motherboard is sub-par by like 2 generations. The cpu is not a good value. You won't use that much ram on a gaming machine. 4gig is plenty. 1tb hdd is not quite the value drive just yet, go for multiple 640gig / 750gig drives until end of january / feb. The PSU you chose is "too much" so basically it is wasted. Use your money wisely. For video cards, you really don't need to look at the type of DDR on it, it is independant of the rest of the system.

why do you think you need a ddr2 graphics card? a ddr3 or ddr5 card will work too im sure unless there is a reason not to have it (ddr3 racist? lol jk) also, its gamer, not gammer, when i looked at the title i thought you were saying grammer.

as for the build, i would suggest a better video card if its gonna be for heavy gaming, such as a hd 4870 or a gtx 260 or something. and the 1000 watt power supply is super overkill. a 700ish watt power supply would be nice and you would have alot of room for upgrades. it would also save you lots of money to be used on a better video card.

lastly, liquid cooling is nice, but unless you are planning on overclocking (alot) you definetely dont need it unless you are.

i need a mortherboard that has at lest 4 pci 2.0 slots i am gonna be running 2 video cards. also a memory reader witch fits. and a 7.1 sound card witch goes in a PCI Express 1x. i dont care about the price im willing to spend over 13k buxs for it. i i had so many problems with intel solution. it's to slow. so far i heard amd was the best for a gammer. i want a fast gammer not a slow gammer. and i need more then 750watts PSU if im gonna be runnin 9 fans plus a water cooling systeam. if you can help me out with the best parts that be great.
please note. it's not about the price it's about the Performance.

there's really not that many motherboard that have 2x 16 pci-e and 4x pci out there.

BTW, intel > AMD for the moment. If you are not bothered by the prices, then you might want to do something like this:

i7 940 cpu
p6t deluxe motherboard
3x 2gig (6gig total) ddr3 ram
2x 300gig velociraptor hdd (raid0)
2x gtx280 or 1x hd4870x2 video card
xi-fi fatal1ty sound card
1000watts psu

Really, 9fans + watercooling is easy, total around maybe 50-60watts. You can do that with a 750-850watts psu.

BTW, if you don't even know the basics about current hardware, you shouldn't install a watercooling system because you will mess it up. 9fans are also noisy and mostly useless.
