E8200 Voltage

Hi!!!
After overclocking my E8200 to 3.60ghz i have notuced that it have put voltage itself to 1.344v-my question is that OK?
I mean is it normal voltage 4 my E8200 CPU,because my Gigabyte EP-45 Extreme mobo on its leds shows that cpu is a lil bit overvoltage.Please help me find out the answer...

The cpu is rated for voltage as high as 1.3625, so you should be fine.

Yeah i now,but im ery intersted why my motherboard shows that it is overvoltage,i odnt want to fry my pc up
