According to the specs you can. You might want to check the stock bios revision for compatibility first.

Should just be a BIOS update at worst... but doesn't hurt to check

I agree, update the BIOS just to be sure. I imagine no problems though. Its a 790GX/FX chipset. Hope that helps.
