Would be a whopping $100 less, totaling at $230 with the combo.
I was just wondering if there is much difference between these two motherboards, and if the gigabyte one is really worth the extra $100
Here is what I'm going to be running if needed:
CPU: Phenom II x4 940
HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F1 1TB
RAM: 4GB 1066 MHz OCZ Reaper
GFX: Sapphire 1GB Radeon HD 4870 (I don't have it now, but I'm getting one.)
PSU: OCZ Fatal1ty 550w
LG DVD Burner
Thermaltake Armor +MX Case
Windows 7 64-bit
Thanks in advance for any help.
EDIT: I have no plans of going Crossfire, one 4870 will be good enough for all my needs.

Personally I would go with the gigabyte board. Better reputation and customer service/support from what I read. Good choice on the 4870, but for a few more dollars I would go with a 4890 1gb. Also a slightly higher Power Supply for future proofing at least 600w if not 650w. Good luck.
