Winodws Boot Marnage Error

Hello. I have vista 64 with pt6-D mobo.
When I only boot up with one hard drive it goes through, but with two same hard disk, it makes error saying "file: windows\system32\winload.exe

Help!!

First make sure boot priority is set to the OS disc first but then if it doesn't work try grabbing some spare jumpers and for the OS drive put the jumper on master and for the second drive put the jumper on slave. It could be that the internal jumpers are bad and malfunctioning. You could also try clearing the CMOS by removing the battery on the mobo for about 10-15 minutes and resetting the jumpers and re-applying them (remember don't turn on the system with the mobo jumpers off what they were before.)

THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!!!

the boot priority was the problem lol. Since there was only one OS installed on a harddrive, 2nd one wouldn't dected as OS.
So I simply disabled the 2nd to preventing from boot
