Overclocking Intel Celeron 2.4GHz

Hello there! I would like to overclock my Intel Celeron which is 2.4 GHz by default. I have 2GB of RAM (1 x 1GB + 2x 512MB) and ATI RADEON 9600 Pro (128MB). What would be the highest and coolest CPU overclocked speed for my configuration?

With extreme cooling, I managed to get the same chip as you to 3.0ghz by upping the FSB to 166. Drop the memory speed by 1 or 2 notches to account for the increase in FSB.

You could buy a new cpu and board for $59 from Frys that will crush the OC'd speed you will see off this chip.
