Recommded MOBO for 8 Gig Ram

Hoping someone here can help.

I,m looking to build a PC. I will running Linux64 bit as the O/s while there will also be a virtual box running CS3 on Vista 64 bit. I have decided that the below processors and Ram will suit my needs but I,m struggling to find a suitable MOBO that supports the processor DDR 2 ram (and SATA)?

I have not decided on a grpahics card yet but it will be a Nvidia.

CPU/Processor Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 (3.16GHz/45nm/1333FSB/6MB) LGA775

Desktop DDR2 Ram 8GB Kit (4x2048MB) PC6400 800MHz Corsair Q2X8G6400C4DHX 4-4-4-15(5-5-5-18 JEDEC)

Can someone recommend a suitable MOBO as this is driveling me mad. Every Asus board I,ve looked at when checking the list of vendors my chosen Ram is list not listed?
