Do you mean stuttering, or pausing? That is caused by a too slow, or too congested, Internet connection or too slow a computer.

You mean lag? There's no real way to "stop" it but you can make it run faster. If you're running Internet Explorer, you'll want to close all windows your not using and close pop-ups. Also, if there are any ads with moving graphics, you might want to try and close them, if possible. Hope this helped.
