New build help

I just finished my new rig today and the processor is only being recognized as 2.67 ghz.

Components are as follows:
Intel E8400
Gigabyte EP45-UD3P
610 watt PC Power and Cooling power supply
Sapphire Radeon 4850
2x2g Mushkin ram
windows vista home premium 64 bit

Everything fine with BIOS?

Go into the BIOS and check all your settings, specifically the FSB.

i have not updated the bios since install and i really don't know what things should be set to in the bios.
