But just get conformation from the pc manufacturer because if the mobo has a 65W TDP power envelope, u can oly use a energy efficient Phenom CPUs, which has a TDP of 65W...

Eh. Not sure. That machine has a 6150 in it, which is older. You might call Dell support, then add a sack of salt to what they say, and check for user reviews as well. Often a BIOS update is needed, which you may not be able to do on that machine.
