another build critique

Sorry for another one of these check out my build threads but here we go.

first off i game at 1920x1200 on a 24 in monitor and i've already bought the antec 1200, got it from the egg on cyber monday with free shipping for $119

1.i always build amd for myself so would it be worth waiting to see Phenom II
2.i do plan to oc, so any problems with the chosen hardware
3.this has to last at least 3 years so any recommendation to extend it's longevity.
