Lower voltage, higher idle temp?!

Ok guys I have an i5-750 overclocked to 3.21Ghz, just enough to have the BCLK at 160 and run my ram at 1600MHz.
I decided today to start lowering the core voltage to possibly lower my temps. I went from a 39-40*C idle to 41-42*C idle, and my max temp under prime 95 went from 60*c to 57*C.

Does anyone have any idea why my idle temp is going up? (I'm measuring it with RealTemp)
