Just to be clear, there's no way to cancel the sending of your message. Microsoft Outlook has a feature that lets you "recall" an email, but that's simply telling your receipient that you made a mistake in sending a message—he or she will still see what you've sent. You can right click on a message in your Sent folder and select Recall.
If you're not able to do that, the best thing you can do is send another email, explaining that your first one was mistaken. You should attach the correct resume with this correction message.
