i have two hard drives and over the past couple of months i noticed that sometimes when i would connect devices to my pc (external usb hard drive, camera, phone... all usb) it would freeze up and say "not responding" then i would click my mouse a bunch of times then a block comes up and i click restart windows explorer. NOW... every single time i try to move files from my camera, external drive or phone it freezes up and says not responding and i cant do anything but click restart windows explorer. BUT... when i click a movie or music file on my external drive it plays fine...

I was wondering, does this mean one or possibly both of my internal hard drives is dieing? here is my system info any help would be greatly appreciated.

also, i forgot to add that my computer will not shut down or restart it just says shutting windows down forever and never shuts down. i have to push the button to turn it off. but, it will go to sleep and wake up fine.
