First system, feedback please

This will be my first system build, but ive put a fairly sizable amount of time into researching what might be good and what wouldnt. atm, im right about at the max of how much money i want to spend. i dont need any of the accessories (monitor, keyboard, etc..). this is what i have so far:

what i want out of this system is to be able to plug everything in and run any modern game extremely well, and in the future have the option of upgrading/OCing. if i coudl get some feedback on if this system is pretty solid or if it coudl be tweaked a little bit, i would much appreciate it.

Looks pretty good. Your limiting factor is going to be the GPU. You'd need a 4870 1gb or gtx 280 or 4870x2 GPU to get the most out of the higher end games right now (Crysis mainly). Here is something to consider:
The DDR3 you selected is good, but I'd prefer the faster RAM on the stock voltage (1.5v).

the reason i selected this particular memory was that i read a couple of reviews that said that the speed didnt matter all that much, but the low latency was really the only thing effecting performance, and even that wasnt a huge factor. where my knowledge falls short here though, is in the future if i OC it, will i get better performance out of a different type or not.

Generally speaking, if you have stock voltage (lower than some of the performance sets) and fast latency RAM sticks is the best combo. So if your at 1.5v and running around CAS7 than you should have a better chance at OC'ing them. This is generally speaking.

The only glaring issue I see is the hard drives. You're buying two old, slow 250GB drives for $110. You could get a high-speed 640GB drive for a lot less than that.
