Overclocking E5400 + ASUS P5KPL-AM SE

HI all,

Can anybody help me to OC my computer??
because I am confused with the asus P5KPL-AM SE bios settings..

can my system reach 3,5GHz???


my system:
CPU: E5400 + OCZ VENDETTA
MOBO: ASUS P5KPL-AM SE
RAM: VENOMRX 3Gb (2+1) ddr2 PC6400
GPU: DA HD5670 512Mb DDR5 (815mhz/1020mhz)
HDD: WDC BLUE 320Gb
PSU: ACBEL E2 470W (pure 420W)

hi dude,i'll help u,
my english is not so good too,

i had mb asus p5kpl am se
prosesor core 2 duo e 7500 2,93ghz up to 3,42ghz with cooling standart,

first if u want OC to 4,ghz or more because u have cooling prosesor,
u have to disable all option in the cpu configuration,
and then u have to choose

AI overclocking to set manual,default 266mhz
and then dram frequency to 677mhz,
1.8 dual voltage set to 1,8v if 677mhz,2.0v if 800mhz,2.2volt to 1067mhz,
vtt cpu over voltage to 1.2 v under 3,5ghz 1.3v if 3,6 ghz or more,


just set the AI overclocking step by step example 266mhz,to 276mhz restart the comp.276mhz to 286 mhz and restart,and continues,

e5400 2,70 ghz with cooling ocz vendetta u can up to max 3,9ghz

with overclocking 50%..

how did you learn to overclock? cuz the things you post works

i dont have 1.8 dual voltage i have this:
cpu frequency
dram frequency

memory over voltage
1.30 over voltage
VTT_CPU over voltage
1.5V over voltage
VCore over voltage

what and how should i change????
i have asus p5kpl-se mobo with q6600 cpu
can u help me plsss!!!!
