Just upgraded my system and got a BSD

My old system components are:

Biostar a780x-a2
4 gigs of pc2 6400
750 seagate hard drive SATA

My new system components are:

9850 phenom AM2+
Radeon HD 4850

The old components were:

AMD AM2 6400 dual core
Quadro FX 570

Everything is detected but when I install windows pro 64 I get this strange blue screen of death. It acts like it does everything fine and then I get this error after setup is about to begin:

Machine_check_exemption error


then it gives me some strange hexa decimal type numbers

stop: 0x0000009c (bunch of numbers)

I wonder if I need to upgrade the memory to the PC 1066 memory.

If I need a new mother board what is good to recommend to get?

Check your board manufacturer's website to verify all of your hardware is supported. The error code points to the CPU or an interaction with the CPU.
