PSU for Intel D201GLY2A or Asus I220GC?

I'd like to build myself a really compact computer using either Intel's D201GLY2A or Asus' I220GC. To save space, I need to use an external PSU.

I have a couple of questions:
1. What's the difference between the 24-pin ATX Power connector and the 4-pin ATX 12V Power connector? Is the former for internal PSU only, and the latter for exernal PSU?
2. What external PSU can I use, and where would you recommend I get it from?

1. The 24-pin is the main mobo power connector. The 4-pin is a supplementary mobo power connector.
2. The PicoPSU may be what you are looking for.
