i am trying to overclock my pentium d 2.67ghz processer on easytune 5. i want my fan to rune at 100% all the time. when i get into the smart fan setting ont he right theres 100% whare i cant adjust then below it sas automatic then at the bottom it says 28%. should i increase the bottom percentage to increase fan speed? at idle im at 50c. i want to make that go lower. btw im using a stock intel cooler.
