All my files missing in desk top

my files in desktop vanished i want that back

Do you have any pop ups?
Because I've seen some viruses that move your desktop files, do a search for one of the files that was normally on your desktop see if they still exist
If they do try to run a scan, combofix is a good one to run.

Files are easier to find because you have the extension that helps narrow the search
