Is it safe to upgrade my PC's RAM with this?

My PC is a HP Compaq dc7100 CMT(PP956US) and the RAM I have inserted already is DDR PC3200 (based on a system scan from crucial.com)

I'm just looking for some affordable memory for gaming. I don't know much about computers, but I do know that inserting the wrong memory can bust my kit

The RAM listed is the same speed, but RAM can be tricky at times with voltage requirements and mixing DIMMs with varied specs.
