Sony vaio vgn-nr11s/s cd rom not opening

Hello,
can any body help me??? my cd rom is not opening although working properly if i use a paper clip to eject it but the cd rom button wodnt eject it

You need to get a new drive, look on ebay for a cheap replacement.
