Please take off your Caps Lock, it's bad manners to shout! 
Try connecting a different power lead to it? If that doesn't work, there is usually a small hole in the front panel, if you straighten a paper clip and push it in the hole it will release the drawer catch. If all else fails, remove the drive and remove top cover to gain access.
