Server Motherboard Worth the buy?

Right now i can buy a Tyan Thunder K7 - Dual Socket A, AMD760MP chipset. With a 300 watt processor, two Athlon XP 2000+ processors and two heatsinks and 3 GB of ram for about 75 bucks. I know some of these servers are expensive but if i spend 75 on it. do you think i could turn it around and sell it for a lot more. Given that i actually build it.
Can i put XP on there? what differences are there between that and a desktop pc
