What RAM to get for my motherboard

Hello

I was wondering what RAM my motherboard would support.

It is an Abit 1-45CV.

I am thinking about getting Crucial Ballistix DDR2 800 4Gb (2 x 1Gb) for it.

Please respond if you think my motherboard would support that amount of RAM MHz.

Gskill is my fav 8000 blue sticks run 800 or 1066 and low timings

4GB of pc8000 skill run 4-4-4 ddr8000 at 2.1v or 5-5-5 ddr1066 at 2.15v

i use most brands of ram and Sskill is tough to beat for ddr2 - ocz is never as good

ddr3 i use super talent, also corsair, ocz and more
