CPU Cooler : Zalman CNPS 9500A LED (Fantastic)

More about what this
  1. This setup is outdated to lol.

    Go wit 2x2G for ram.

Make sure the Q6700 is supported on th CPU support list, and make sure the mobo has the bios that supports it. You might need a different CPU to update the bios with.

Your better off getting a 780i or 790i, 650i sucks.
  2. I would get a better mobo CPU and add the second GPU later.
  3. hey the mobo was free besides i dont wanna pay over £100 for a new one the CPU is supported and like i said its a cheap one i dont want none of this QX9650 or i7 or some OCZ reaper 1600 Mhz, (to be honest apart from to show off i dont see the point in these YET) the GPU's could be traded in for a GTX 280 but will it beform better than an SLI 9800 GTX+?
  4. You probably will not be able to reach 3.6 GHz with a Zalman 9500. Go with a Xigmatek HDT S-1283. Don't forget the backing plate.
  5. well my old processor was a E6750 and i got it to 3.8 Stable (58c load) unfortunatly with linked clocks i couldnt push higher that was with the zalman
