Will this build work? help!

i fried my mobo, wondering if this build would work alright, i have an ATX case, and a sata harddrive.

That is not a good build. Since you are buying new stuff. Go ahead and find a true PCIe motherboard. That AsRock only has PCIe at 4x, besides AGP is dying, do not spend money on that bus.

I'd also spend $5 more on the PSU and upgrade from Rosewill 550W to OCZ GameXStream 600W.
