Cpu and mobo upgrade

Well curently i have the AMD 64 X2 3800+ and some gigabyte mobo
i been looking to upgrade my pc to e8400 ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115037)
and GIGABYTE GA-EP45-DS3L ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128345 )

i also have the Crucial Ballistix 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820146565 )
7600gt and https://www.shopfsp.com/ax450pn/p/502.html 450watt psu.

will the memory or psu have problems with this build? (i am thinking about geting 260 video card in the future)
any other comments about my build will be appreciated

Only problem I can see is the PSU. It will work with your 7600GT, but you'll need a new PSU for the GTX260. Your PSU only has 1 PCIe cable, you'll need 2 6pin PCIe for the GTX260.

If you're willing to settle for a HD 4850, your current PSU will do.

If you want a GTX 260, you can get this $60 OCZ 600W for example:

Try to add 2 more GB of RAM.
