Changing your title to what you really want should get you more replies. Are you looking for an Intel or an AMD solution or are you open to all suggestions? Having too many suggestions sometimes doesn't help.

Thanks. I'm unsure of how to change the title. My dead mobo is a Gigabyte Sinxp1394. So my Cpu and Ram are unusable on a new mobo and I'm afraid of the Psu since I'm unsure of what caused the mobo to die. I'm open to AMD or Intel. I would like HDMI and 10/100/1000 on the board.

Why not create a new post with a heading like "New build - Mobo, CPU, PSU, RAM and 500+W Psu - need recommendations"? Specify if you are looking for an ATX motherboard or a micro-ATX with an on-board video controller, etc. New motherboards normally have at least one Gigabit LAN controller.
