IS this correct for manual memory setting?

For the EVGA x58 A1 board:

I have 6GB 3x2GB ddr3-1600 kit. It shows up as 1066 triple interleaving. Is this the correct way to do it? (using page 68-69 in the manual)

1-Set memory frequency to 1600
2- 3-way channel interleaving (or leave it alone) and the same for rank interleaving? (leave it alone(
3- leave ranking alone?
4-tcl would be 8 (my timing should be 8-8-8-21 and it says the Cas Latency is 8
5- trcd would be 8
6- trp would be 8
7-tras would be 21
8- command rate: auto?
save and exit BIOS.

That seems right, although for max performance, set command rate to 1T (this may or may not be stable - if it is unstable, set it to 2T).

Did it. Changed timings to 8-8-8-21, 1600 for speed and 2t. On post, now says 1600 and not 1066. Thanx
