Medusa Progamer V2 Headset

I was looking at these headsets because I need a new headset and they're around my budget. I know they're 5'1 so I will be able to locate where sound comes from easily... but does anybody know if they sound good? I have about 100-110$ that I can spend (however I wont spend that much if I dont need to) on a headset and I want to get as close to amazing sound as I can get... the 5'1 is a refreshing bonus though. Does anyone know if that headset sounds really good? If not, does anyone know of a headset with really good sound under 110$ (preferably 5.1 but it doesn't matter.)

I bought the Medusa 5.1 progamer headset a little over a year ago, and the mic quit working about 5 months later, and a month after that the whole set quit. They were not abused in any way.

Getting them to replace them was so much a pain i gave up on it.

They sounded great while they worked though.

I'd look at all your options man.
