Not able to access "MyDocuments"

I am trying to reformat a computer with windows xp installed. It has a virus and the virus locked me from being able to go to the start button and access anything on the right side of the start menu. My Computer, My Docs, Control Panel, ect.... Anyways is there a keyboard shortcut or some alternative route to access My Docs so I can back up the pictures and music in it?

Lol......thanks for looking but I figured it out. Safe mode.....duh! lmao...I blame lack of sleep. Thanks anyways
