Achieving stability in i7-950 on a ASUS p6x58d Premium Board

My OC is stable when I used the machine for 24--48 hours (I do math simulations) but if I leave it idle for an hour or 2 it locks up. Below are my settings and I welcome anyone's thoughts - Tks!!!

CPU: 4GHz
DRAM: 1600MHZ

CPU Ratio:20
BCLK: 200
PCIE: 100
CPU Volatage: 1.35
QPI/DRAM Core Voltage: 1.35
Extreme Phase: Enabled

I have the same board trying to OC to 4ghz. Any luck getting it stable? What settings did you use?
