Can i transfer 4 raid5 hdds from one nas to another?

It depends on the NAS. You might be able to add them back to a RAID, but make sure that you have a backup on tape or on another RAID before doing that.

If both nass have the same raid controller you "should" be able to with no problems. If they are different probably not.
Just make sure you have backups
