after this Convention yes .
and havok physics engine will based on ATI video card hardware .
waiting for AMD confirmation .

Also, as of right now, Havok is CPU accelerated as far as I know, not GPU accelerated. Therefore, it will run equally well on ATI and Nvidia cards.

The only "physics" havok is capable of is simple linear bases physics implementations. You'll never get anything close to realstic physics using that engine, period.

ATI must have it own Physics engine or will be in hard situation to ATI
AMD should look for another Physics Engine (or company) can deal with .
because Intel still wait for Larrabie and make havok compatible wit it first .
as we know Larrabie must likely CPU (X86 article ) then a GPU .
So the weak X86 article in graphic operation make it not that ability as GPU does .
now it' depending on ATI software development team
