that will work just fine. I am running this card with the corsair 550 with a e8500 oc'd and 3 hdd's with still plenty of power left over.

That CoolerMaster offers 456/12=38A combined on the 12V rails.

If you have a SLI motherboard and you intend to add a second video card later then you should get something around 750W or larger.

Should have said I already had the PSU and there's no way I was changing that, card's here now anyway.
