I have a Asus P4PE mobo which has been tried and true for years. I wish to be rid of all my currently attached IDE drives and consolidate to a single Hitachi 1 TB drive. I am unable to boot off the Hitachi 1 TB drive, however I am able to boot off the IDE drive and reference the 1 TB Hitachi without incident. I believe my BIOS is set properly. I have updated my BIOS to 1007, changed the boot order for SCSI and still not able to boot. Any ideas, or have I exceeded the limitations of my MOBO. Thanks in advance for any help.

Problem solved. Was a issue with Ghost 10. The cloned drive did not work even when I updated the MBR. I chose to install a fresh copy of Win XP from CD using the latest Promise RAID driver and it worked.
