Flash Drive has ghost CD drive CDFS

I have a cruzer micro 2.0GB flash drive. When I plug it in, windows displays it as two drives. One with the 2 GB capacity which works properly, file system FAT. The second which doesn't do anything has 0 capacity, and is displayed as a CD drive-Audio CD CDSF. I have tried formatting the flash drive, but the CD Drive remains linked to it. I have tried formatting the CD drive, but nothing happens. I can eject the CD drive on its own, but when I eject the data drive they are both ejected.

Any ideas on how to get rid of this ghost CD Drive?
