I Lost Administrative rights to operating system

You don't need any account rights to restore to factory settings unless you are talking about something else.

You just use the boot disks or recovery partition that should be with the computer, it will wipe whatever is there on the hard-drive and will install what was on the PC out of the box.

Perhaps you have the problem you virus and can be disturbed your PC to another user who don't know more anything as a simple user.
