I have read the articles, but I like Nvidia. What card would be a serious jump(?) up from an 7900GS card with out going over $200 dollars Canadian. ($150 dollar card would be nice.)

um it depends on your budget, don't expect to get the highest performance with a gpu that costs about 150-200 bucks, but it would be a huge jump if you buy 9600GT or the 9800gt one,
don't forget you can overclock it anytime but make sure you have a powerful power supply and a mobo that supports it,
