I thought Gigabyte was another supplier but turns out it's made by intel so please do a little research before you answer this question.

May I suggest you also do a bit of research before posting? Intel, AMD and NVidia manufacture chipsets and Gigabyte, Asus, Foxconn, Biostar, MSI and others build motherboards using various components from several vendors. Even Intel and AMD use components from other vendors.
