Recently added a second monitor. Not sure if it has anything to do with that. Also read about KB952287 update causing issues so I've uninstalled that. Any advice would be appreciated.

Oh and my system is:
Q9550 @ 3.4 (plenty stable)
4870 @ stock
8gb ddr2 800 (stock)
asus p5q pro
Samsung spinpoint f1 1TB

Forgive me, but what makes this an ATI BSOD?

This forum format sucks. Bring back the old one.

Sorry forgot to say, ussally windows says your graphics card driver has stopped responding a few times while the screen keeps flickering. happens normally after i exit a 3d app. Maybe it inst ati related. Ive also run a memtest overnight and it found no errors on 3 tests.

Also my computer doesn't like to enable my second monitor for some reason.
