Contents of dvd cannot be viewed

Image ISO burned to DVD cannot be viewed by my computer but can be viewed by another computer. Videos of other DVD'S are played and other DVD and CD'S all play and can be viewed. Also when I Rt. click on the DVD shortcut on the desktop it takes me to my computer, there I can view the contents of CD/DVD media. The settings seem to be incorrect in DVD-RAM properties windows.

Are you saying you used a DVD-RAM disc to burn an ISO image of a movie? DVD-RAM is not as compatible from one computer or device to another as other DVD discs. I always burn using DVD-R discs because they are cheap and very compatible.
