High Performance Liquid Coolant

I am looking for a high performance liquid coolant for my liquid cooling system that can provide the best cooling.
I searched for nitrogen and found out that it is too cold for normal use.
The liquid cooling system has got
Monsta TFC XChanger 360/420 Radiator
MCP655 PUMp
Apogee XT Extreme water block.

Please help me choose the coolant.I've got no idea about it and got 4 gpu and 1 cpu in a single loop.
Also help me with this loop configuration to efficiently cool these 5 chips.I've got a 700+ml reservoir
