I have taken the proper step to find clipboard viewer (and it cannot be found

Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove programs>click 3rd button down on left of window in grey area labeled "Add/Remove Windows Components"

Click on "Accessories and Utilities"
Click on "Details"
Click on "Accessories"
Click on "Details"
Check "Clipboard Viewer"
Click "OK"
Click "OK"
Click "Next"
Click "Finish"
