What are you exactly wanting this system to do and what are you spending on each part?

If gaming, I'd go with at least the 4670 video card. Also, be aware, those power supplies that come with cases are not always the greatest. If you use too powerful of a video card it can kill the power supply, when the power supply goes, it can potentially take other parts with it.

If you are going to do any gaming then I say go with the Radeon 4670 instead. The Radeon 3650 really isn't worth the money, and even if you wanted to use it just to accelerate HD movies, the onboard Radeon 3200 would do that just fine. The case and PSU you have should be just fine for your system with a Radeon 4670.

Yes, for sure. Your powersupply is the just about the most important part. If you really wanna save some money, use the IGP on the mobo for awhile. Save up for a decent vidcard and get a GOOD powersupply later. I'd go for 4 gigs RAM and a slightly faster CPU now instead.

My current system is a Dell Dimension 2400.
